Human Resources Section
The Human Resources Section provides a comprehensive and professional human resource service to the University community which is consistent with employment legislation and prevailing good practice. We provide services in the areas of staff training and development, remuneration and reward, legislation and internal policy, employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection, health and safety, organisational development and EEO and equity.
Our mission is "To develop and promote innovative Human Resources strategies, policies, processes and services to lead and influence the creation and achievement of the University's strategic goals through its staff."
